Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Manager at Studio MBM. The Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing communication support, managing office equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The role is located in Manhattan, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance
  • Familiarity with office equipment and technology
  • Proficiency in office administration tasks
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the architectural or design industry is a plus
