Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with a strong background in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. You will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and enhancing productivity through the creation of custom applications, automation workflows, and intelligent chatbots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex PowerApps applications to meet business needs.
- Create and manage Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, integrating various data sources including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Build and configure flows in Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Develop and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer service and support.
- Integrate bots with various data sources and APIs to provide robust solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture using Power Platform tools and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.
- Optimize applications and workflows for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Create documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Proven track record of developing custom business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) for creating automated workflows.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents for building intelligent chatbots.
- Familiarity with Dataverse (Common Data Service), and integration of Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Understanding of basic coding and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Power FX).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused with a strong understanding of business processes and user experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
