Territory Sales Manager

Our client is a prominent manufacturer specializing in lawn mowers and light-duty tractors for primarily golf courses and also municipal fields, with a commitment to excellence and innovation. Renowned for its superior products, our client's vehicles are trusted by professionals worldwide to maintain pristine turf conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture, and enhance customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
- Travel throughout the designated territory to showcase and sell our client's vehicles and products to existing distribution channels.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our client's products, highlighting their superiority over competitors' offerings. Stay informed about competitor products and features.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all quotes and customer purchases, including those made outside of our client's offerings.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all sales operation documentation to facilitate manufacturing and distribution of our client's products according to distribution-specific configurations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategies for increasing market share.
Compensation Structure
- $75k base
- $30-40k commissions
- $105-115k OTE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field required.
- Multiple years of experience in sales.
- Familiarity with golf course maintenance equipment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP.
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated individual comfortable with working autonomously.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to our client's Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.
