At Kelly Services, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Support Service Specialist to join our team in Midland, MI. This position is critical for diagnosing and resolving escalations, facilitating discussions with customers and stakeholders during critical issues, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.


Role Highlights:

  • Diagnosing problems and managing escalations through data analysis.
  • Initiating and leading discussions with customers and resolution stakeholders during critical issues.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation with the capacity to produce results timely and independently.
  • Utilizing strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to address and manage escalated issues.
  • Offering guidance directly to clients on investigational or escalated issues.
  • Working collaboratively with site clients, global Service Delivery teams, and external service providers to enhance the end-user experience.
  • Coordinating the implementation and monitoring of IT equipment waste, processes, and reporting.
  • Partnering with service managers, ITRMs, warehouse teams, and vendors to streamline the IT disposal process.
  • Independently managing and monitoring project assignments while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinating safety requirements and scheduling global pickups in compliance with safety standards.
