Our financial services client is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to work with PM and IAM teams for collection of metrics for weekly and monthly reporting.

Job Description:

  • Assist in creation of slides and documents for reporting
  • Assist in driving day to day project tasks
  • Communications to stakeholders
  • Assist in scheduling and planning meetings with stakeholders
  • Analyzing collected metrics and raising risks for anomalies
  • Identifying areas for process improvement


Job Skills/Requirements:

  • Business Analyst: 2 to ~5 years of experience
  • Having general IAM is a plus/ideal;
  • Someone who will work with the PM
  • Gathering metrics
  • Gathering requirements from several teams
  • Coordinating with application onboarding team
  • Being POC for communications
  • Keeping project flowing, supporting PM
  • Weekly reporting
  • Contribute towards presentations
  • Assist in creation of slides and documentation
  • Communicate to stakeholders; scheduling, planning, engaging stakeholders, collecting metrics, raising risks (highlight risk before realized), identify areas for process improvement
  • If this BA has worked with IAM teams in the past, or worked with IAM/Identify projects within greater IT department
  • Knowing what controls mean; knowing importance of controls for identity and access
  • Understanding process, recognizing patterns (so not needed to be a Systems or Sr. Business Analyst, can be a Project Analyst)
  • Tools being used: JIRA, ServiceNow


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
