Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to team of recruiters and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.


Duties/Responsibilities:

· Fills senior-level positions in e-business and IT fields, as well as positions in operations and management.

· Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.

· Manages the recruiting team for the assigned region.

· Works closely with recruiting managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

· Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business preferred

· Five years of recruiting experience required.
