About the Role
We are looking for a BA/QA Analyst to join our team in Plano, 75024. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches.
Job Title
BA/QA Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Analyze data and identify gaps/data patterns to develop insights
- Support data analysis, identify data quality gaps, and define remediation processes
- Elicit and document business requirements
- Communicate complex problems and solutions effectively with business users
- Drive defined standards and ensure all artifacts are updated
- Participate in the full story life cycle, including estimation, test plan execution, and software quality needs
- Develop and maintain automated scripts and manual regression test plans
- Collaborate with application development teams and infrastructure teams
- Ensure risk and controls compliance
- Handle queries from the Business
- Assist in UAT processing when required
Minimum Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance in IT
Desired Qualifications
- Significant experience in leading software development testing efforts

Position Information
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
