Education & Experience Required:
-Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, or equivalent field. 2-4 years of professional business or Human Resources experience.
-Industrial/Manufacturing Environment Experience preferred.

-Supporting HR department Distribution Center 5 days.

Typical task breakdown:
-Supporting Production Employee HR requests -Leave/Policy Administration -Answering Benefit Questions -Supporting Recruiting and Onboarding Initiatives -Coordinating Learning and Development -Coordinating HR Operational Processes (Unemployment Insurance, -Investigations, Organizational Structure Changes, Pay Changes -Executing Communications Plan -Willing to work outside of scheduled hours. Manage social media pages for Waco Facility.
Interaction with team:
- Assisting both professional and production client employees within the Waco Distribution Center site.
