Summary

H+K is seeking a Graphic Designer who will contribute to all facets of the marketing program including print and digital design. This is a full-time, entry-level position in the Sales & Marketing department for a motivated individual who excels in brand messaging, content creation, and graphic design. This position will be instrumental in supporting all marketing efforts and is ideal for a new graduate. This is an on-site position, and candidates should be local to Aurora, IL.


Essential Functions

  •  Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of marketing materials including product catalogs, brochures, spec sheets, email campaigns, and convention materials
  • Capture and prepare product images
  • Support/update website content including banners, photos, and product information (there is no website design for this position)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  •  Adept at graphic design; photography skills a plus
  • Good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential product information
  • Excellent written communication skills with emphasis on proofreading and grammar
  • An ability to work individually on a project and in a team environment
  • A detail-oriented thinker with fresh ideas for campaigns and content
