United Staffing Solutions is representing a local hardware company in Brooklyn, NY who is looking for Non CDL Box Truck Driver and warehouse worker to join their team.

Non-CDL Drivers will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and delivering products to various clients in Brooklyn and other borroughs.

This position will have a split schedule with some days doing deliveries and others doing general warehouse work such as shipping and receiving.

Pay: $18-19/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am start time. Shifts typically 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL Box Truck to transport goods to customer locations.
  • Plan delivery routes and schedule deliveries to ensure timely completion.
  • Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure they match customer requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
