Human Resources Generalist

Our client is expanding their Human Resources department and is hiring a Bilingual Spanish/English HR Generalist to assist in recruiting, onboarding and strengthening employee engagement with the operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.


Responsibilities

  • Use your fully bilingual Spanish/English skills to engage in employee engagement and foster strong relationships with the operations team
  • Oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee engagement and retention
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities


Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual Spanish/English and full cycle Human Resources
  • 3+ years' of experience working in all areas of and employee engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
