What the Senior Associate will do:

  • The responsibilities of the Senior Associate includes serving as client-lead across a portfolio of dynamic clients
  • Manage & supervise staff accountants in the execution of their duties
  • Prepare client month-end closing of books
  • Financial Statements: Prepare, review, analyze, and explain
  • Manage accounts receivable and revenue recognition
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Maintain accounting schedules and accurate General Ledger

What the company needs in a Senior Associate :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
  • The Senior Associate should have a minimum of 4 years' experience.
  • CPA preferred
  • Must have experience working with QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor), Bill.com, Google Suite, and Advanced MS Excel
  • Public experience preferred
