This is a full-time remote role as a Data Entry Clerk at Atalanta Advisors. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting and verifying data accuracy, maintaining records, and data entry processes. The Data Manager will also be responsible for developing data entry processes.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently in internal databases and systems.
  • Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify any data discrepancies or uncertainties.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Conduct data quality checks and identify and report any errors or issues.
  • Support the team in preparing reports and presentations by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices for collecting and managing data.
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.
  • Multi Tasking.
  • Room for growth and advancement within the company.
  • Perform quality checks on records to ensure accuracy


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Familiarity with data processing and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
