The Program Manager will represent a project owner throughout the duration of multiply projects at one time, from Initiation, through Close out, and finally, delivery of a space to the owner operations team. This position will be responsible, and accountable, for the successful execution and completion of all project tasks on time, within budget and within scope.
What are the Key Objectives:
- Oversee and manage all necessary project tasks to ensure all are completed on time, on budget and within scope.
- Obtain, communicate and managing project scope through project duration.
- Oversee and manage all project costs to maintain project budget using earned value management techniques and contract negotiations.
- Develop and manage client program standards to ensure quality of all deliverables from Initiation through Close Out.
- Communicate and coordinate with all contractors and vendors to ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Ensure all project risks and issues are pinpointed, documented, and resolved quickly using risk management techniques.
- Generate and deliver weekly and monthly project reporting to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate, manage and run all pertinent design and construction meetings through the duration of the project.

You will be a collaborator, partner, driver, and relationship creator with other program managers, clients, and internal team members, alike. This role reports to the Director of Equity Program Management.
What You Offer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of project management experience within commercial construction, TI renovations, adaptive reuse and ground up construction.
- Owner’s representation experience preferred
- PMP Certification highly preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
