Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems and Data Analyst with a strong background in ERP systems, specifically PestPac. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating newly acquired businesses into PestPac, supporting operations, finance, and marketing with ongoing use of the ERP system, and ensuring seamless integration with other business applications. The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient expert who can quickly learn and master PestPac with minimal training. This position will have the opportunity for remote, hybrid or flexible work location depending on a demonstrated ability to be successful outside of an office environment and willingness to travel as required by the job.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the PestPac ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the migration of newly acquired businesses into PestPac, ensuring data accuracy and system compatibility.
  • Provide ongoing support to operations, finance, and marketing teams in the use of PestPac.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and implement improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on PestPac and related systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures related to ERP system use and data management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ERP systems and data analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong preference for PestPac experience.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and master new systems with minimal guidance.
  • Experience in migrating data and systems, particularly in the context of newly acquired businesses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
