Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for the open Chef de Cuisine position in Sortino’s Italian Kitchen. In this position, you will be responsible for the culinary operations of our popular new age red sauce restaurant, where old-school Italian cuisine meets the modern age. You will also be involved in training, ordering, and ensuring our concept is the best it can be

We require a background of three years' progressive culinary experience and three years of management experience. Experience with Italian cuisine is helpful.

Weekends, evenings and holiday availability is a must.
