JOB DESCRIPTION


Carty Architecture is looking for graduate architects interested in becoming part of a team, working collaboratively, in a creative, comfortable atmosphere.


The BIM ARCHITECT will play a pivotal role in the team by assisting Senior Project Managers in the development and realization of architectural projects. This position involves leading the production of Revit models and construction documents from schematic design through to construction phases and construction administration. You will be a key part of our team, supporting the development of projects and collaborating with experienced professionals to ensure quality and client satisfaction, while continuing your professional growth through continuous mentorship.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES


  • Collaborate with a team of architects and coordinate with consulting engineers to produce and oversee construction documents for medium to large scale projects.
  • Engage in all project phases, from schematic designs to construction documents and administration.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
  • Provide support to office teams and management, contributing to a seamless project workflow.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Professional degree in Architecture, licensed architect preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture, particularly with medium to large-scale projects using Revit.
  • Proficiency in REVIT (cloud models) and AutoCAD; strong design, technical, and graphic skills.
  • Knowledge of construction drawing standards.
  • Experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, expansion, and new construction.
  • Knowledge of Florida or International Building Codes.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, a self-starter driving projects forward constantly.
