Position Overview:
As a Plastic Process Operator, you will ensure that all machines operate efficiently to produce quality products on time. Your role is crucial in maintaining production schedules and product quality.

Experience Requirements:

  • Required: Previous manufacturing experience
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in plastic molding, specifically troubleshooting hydraulic or injection presses
    • Prior experience with Arburg molding machines
  • Training: On-the-job training provided

Employment Details:

  • Starting Date: As soon as available
  • Wage: $17.80 per hour, paid weekly (subject to standard withholdings)
  • Hours: Must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
    • Shift Premiums: $0.50/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts
    • Hours: Minimum of 8 hours per weekday, with overtime as necessary

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for eight hours
  • Good vision (correctable with glasses)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Additional physical requirements may be necessary as the job dictates

  • Health Insurance: Eligible after 90 calendar days
  • Life Insurance: Eligible after 90 working days ($20,000 coverage paid by the company)
