The Role: Web Designer


As a Web Designer, you’ll design websites that don’t just look incredible but drive measurable results for our clients. You’ll collaborate with clients, leverage data and design principles, and create seamless digital experiences that turn visitors into loyal customers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of IOI Solutions, making you a key player in our mission to deliver industry-leading outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & Landing Page Design: Create conversion-optimized designs using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator to produce visually engaging and effective layouts.
  • Brand Strategy & Visual Identity: Understand and apply brand strategy to your designs, ensuring alignment with client goals, and be able to design logos and graphics that reflect brand identity. Including selecting colors and typography.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize CRO principles to design pages that encourage user interaction and lead to higher conversions. Optimize designs for lead generation, sales, and overall campaign performance.
  • Collaborate on Paid Ads Funnel: Work closely with the marketing and paid ads teams to design pages that align with funnel strategies and advertising goals.
  • Copywriting Integration: Understand copywriting basics and collaborate with copywriters to ensure that design and messaging work together seamlessly to drive conversions.
  • Graphic Design & Logo Creation: Develop custom graphics, visuals, and logos to support brand identity and enhance the overall design of websites and landing pages.


Strong experience with Figma is required. You need to be able to strategize, design, and prototype a full website within Figma and make it developer friendly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRO and designing for conversion with a solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
  • Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create logos and supporting graphics.
  • Familiarity with paid ads funnels and the ability to design effective pages that support advertising objectives.
  • Ability to integrate copywriting with design to produce seamless, high-performing user journeys.
  • A well-rounded understanding of brand strategy and how it impacts design decisions.
  • Must have an existing portfolio showcasing your web, landing page, and graphic design work.

Work Environment Requirements:

You will initially be required to come to the office for onboarding and early-stage meetings. Full remote work is earned based on performance but will still require attending in-person meetings as needed. You’ll collaborate with your team primarily through Google Meet and Slack. A reliable internet connection, professional workspace, and comfort with design software and productivity tools are essential for success in this role.
