Clientmind is searching for a Quality Consultant for a rapidly growing technology company based in Greenbelt, MD. We are looking for someone to help run their QMS and guide them through their quality process maturation, including leading them through their first ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit. This is a hybrid position and requires onsite work 3x per week and we expect this to be a 4-6+ month engagement.



About the Role



  • Plan and lead the organization through its first surveillance audit
  • Schedule and lead internal quality audits
  • Maintain a Quality Management System that adheres to organizational objectives and contractual requirements
  • Review quality processes for compliance and improvement
  • Oversee quality across multiple projects and teams, ensuring quality goals are reached
  • Transfer management of quality system to new Quality Manager when hired


Responsibilities



  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality consultant or manager for technology programs
  • An ASQ quality control certification is preferred
  • Experience as in internal auditor – certification is preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to communicate and interact easily and effectively with a wide variety of individuals and echelons in both written and verbal forms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Technically proficient and computer literate
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
