Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will passionately contribute to a customer-focused environment, consistently exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Manage incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to delight customers.
  • Handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring efficient follow-ups for resolution and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process account documentation.
  • Open, maintain, and terminate customer accounts while upholding fiduciary duties associated with each account type.

What You Will Bring as a Customer Care Representative:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or a similar role (preferred).
  • Experience in banking, planned giving, and accounting programs (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred).
The Customer Care Representative is an onsite role. Customer Care Representative applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
