That’s why we invest heavily in our employee engagement, so you enjoy the tech industry’s best perks. Together with the whole Pride, (lion roar for "family") employees, customers, and partners, we’re on a mission to break new ground and lead the real estate industry into a digital-first future.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our Atlanta, GA office.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

The Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our solutions. You will be our chief advocate for MRI's platform strategy and data solutions in North America and create compelling stories that bring our vision to life across our cross-vertical go-to-market efforts. You will also be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert in our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, as well as MRI's platform, MRI Agora, and related products, including MRI Agora Insights.

You need to understand the technical but make it human: take complex ideas and turn them into tangible, impactful stories that resonate with our market, clients, and go-to-market teams. You’re a gifted storyteller who constantly strives to refine and strengthen our messaging, positioning, and GTM tools.

This is a very cross-functional Product Marketing role, and beyond working with stakeholders on other teams, you will consult with other PMMs to ensure our platform story and related products are central to our go-to-market efforts for the MRI Living, MRI @Work, and MRI @Work for Occupier business units.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Product positioning and messaging: develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for your solutions. Understand and document key business and technical benefits for buyers.
  • Champion product adoption: work cross-functionally with Product teams and Solution Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure we're effectively positioning, pitching, and closing deals that include your solutions.

This includes externally facing content such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures and data sheets, as well as internally facing content such as competitive intelligence and other training materials.
  • Product launches: serve as the Marketing lead for all new product launches, upgrades and releases in your segment. Develop Marketing launch plan with relevant team members, and project manage Marketing related launch activities. (This aspect will be further defined in accordance with MRI’s implementation of the SiriusDecisions PMM framework.)
  • Demand generation & content creation: provide input into demand generation and campaign planning for your segment. Advise on thought leadership content to support campaigns, including videos, white papers, eBooks, blogs, webinars and more.
  • Market intelligence: develop and maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitor capabilities and customer needs in your market segment. Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them Share relevant information with Product Management, Sales and other Marketing team members.
  • Lead internal and external enablement: create content for and deliver internal training on new products and features, client-facing webinars and meetings, breakout sessions at our annual user conference, Ascend, and run point on cross-functional meetings and collaboration to support all efforts.
  • Support thought leadership: leverage your research and knowledge to create compelling assets that support our vision in the market.
