Job Title: Maintenance Head of Shift and Support

Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm and weekend as needed (must have a flexible work schedule)

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of corrective maintenance work.
• Manage on a daily basis the execution of corrective maintenance work, supporting the Manufacturing team.
• Ensure technical failures are fixed in a good manner and in short time.
• Responsible for 10-12 Maintenance Technicians and for all the production lines.
• Strive for 0 accident.
• Provide daily coaching and supervision to the Technicians.
• Monitor the performance of the team through established KPIs.
• Directly manage and execute corrective works when necessary.
• Ensure corrective works are properly completed and closed in a timely fashion.
• Ensure corrective works are properly registered in the system by the Technicians as soon as the work is completed.
• Report to the Operations Maintenance Coordinator and/or the Reliability Engineer, the failures which root cause can be solved thanks to a technical improvement.
• Report to the Process Engineer, the failures which root cause can be solved thanks to a process improvement.

• Maintenance Manager, peers, direct reports, Operations Maintenance Manager, Process Engineer, Reliability Engineer.

Educational Requirements

• Obtained a Technical Bachelor’s Degree.

Prior Required Experience

• 5 – 10 years of experience in technical organization.

Required Technical Experience

• In-depth knowledge of supervised equipment's.
• Strong knowledge of methods, practices, techniques and equipment used in construction, maintenance and repair.
• Working knowledge of maintenance activities.
• Safety awareness to ensure that all assigned tasks are handled in a safe manner.
