As the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process within the organization.

Your primary objective will be to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

Your strategic vision and leadership will drive the development and implementation of innovative supply chain strategies to achieve cost reduction, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive overall business growth.


Experience Requirement:

A minimum of ten years’ experience in Supply Chain Management with at least five years’ experience in a defense industry manufacturing environment.

Thorough knowledge of the procurement process for commercial, international and U.S. Government contracts.

Subcontracts, purchasing, and experience with the CPSR approval process

Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends. Knowledge of the relationships between customer orders, manufacturing schedules, production lead times, fabrication times, test and check out durations and delivery requirements to customers.


Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field or equivalent amount of education and experience Advanced degree preferable
