Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at Solventum, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain production and procurement schedules for your area of responsibility.
You will work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times. This will involve developing and maintaining operating rhythms to ensure seamless supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand.
Your analytical skills will be essential in providing high-quality planning analysis to support decision-making. You will publish and present service and inventory metrics and results, as well as identify and lead projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment.
A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing. SAP experience, advanced data analysis & Microsoft Excel skills are highly desirable.
Travel may include up to 5% domestic, while relocation assistance may be authorized for the right candidate. With a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location, you will be well-compensated for your hard work and dedication.
