Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Engage in strategic discussions, conduct in-depth analysis, and ideate with business stakeholders to elevate the consumer experience through innovative AI applications. Synthesize complex business requirements into clear, actionable strategies and product visions.
  • Technical Validation and Design: Utilize expertise in Generative AI to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions, working closely with Gen AI Architects to ensure technical viability and alignment with business objectives. Lead the creation of comprehensive design documents that adhere to organizational standards.
  • Product Development Oversight: Collaborate with Product Owners to translate market trends, consumer needs, and business goals into well-defined product features and technical specifications. Drive the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement and Market Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in conversational AI, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Advocate for and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear and persuasive communication to stakeholders at all organizational levels, providing regular updates on project status, potential risks, and ongoing needs. Ensure transparency and alignment in all project activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst, particularly in settings that utilize AI and digital technologies.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI technologies, including LLM, Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning, supported by a portfolio of 2-3 Gen AI projects.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data, understand business dynamics, and integrate technical solutions into consumer-centric products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, PM tools, and agile frameworks, with a focus on delivering results in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Location: US Remote, preferably in the EST or CST timezones.
