We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead our product development initiatives in Cloud, Machine Learning, and Internal Developer Platforms. Based in our Dallas, TX office, the successful candidate will be instrumental in defining product vision, roadmaps, and driving the execution of development cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role demands a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, machine learning applications, and internal developer platforms, with the ability to translate technical details into strategic product plans that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and articulate product vision and strategy for cloud services, machine learning platforms, and internal developer platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of an Internal Developer Platform that will be leveraged by various group companies to streamline development processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide the development of cloud services, machine learning models, and developer tools, focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through development, go-live, and iterations, prioritizing product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in cloud, machine learning, and developer platform technologies.
  • Develop detailed user stories and requirements that effectively communicate the product vision and objectives to technical teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical action plans.
  • Manage hybrid cloud initiatives, including multi-tenant platform solutions, leveraging GitOps and DevSecOps best practices to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role in a technology environment.
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and machine learning technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including direct experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-tenant solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex projects to completion.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, capable of leading diverse teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in developing or managing products that interact with a diverse set of customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
