Learning and Development Manager

Global legal services client of Addison Group seeks Learning & Development Manager to join internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) department. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION and candidates will be required to work in Washington, DC office three days each week.
Responsibilities include-
- Design strategy, implementation and curriculum of DEI principles and learning across global workforce
- Partner with internal stakeholders to promote and enhance DEI learnings into various departments
- Engage with outside learning and development vendors to enhance internal DEI program content and offerings
- Maintain all DEI-related content in learning management system
Requirements include-
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Instructional Design or related field required, Master's degree or Juris Doctorate strongly preferred
- 6+ years experience in learning and development, training, or organizational curriculum and design required, preferably within professional services industry
- Advanced knowledge of current diversity, equity and inclusion trends and practices
