Key Responsibilities of the QuickBooks Administrator:
- Manage QuickBooks: Keep our QuickBooks Online software running smoothly, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Daily Accounting: Handle daily accounting tasks like accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on QuickBooks usage and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any QuickBooks-related issues promptly.
Qualifications of the QuickBooks Administrator:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a QuickBooks Administrator or in a similar role.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
