Key Responsibilities:


  • attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents related to family law cases, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
  • thorough legal research and analysis on family law issues.
  • and assist in the preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • and organize case files and related documentation systematically.
  • effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • attorneys during trial preparations, including creating trial notebooks and preparing exhibits.
  • discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • e-filing procedures in local and federal courts.
  • responsibilities are required as necessary.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • of 4 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
  • degree or higher; paralegal certification is preferred.
  • in legal case management software.
  • understanding of family law principles, practices, and procedures.
  • organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • written and verbal communication skills.
  • with excellent analytical abilities.
  • to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
