Litigation Paralegal - Bethesda - Up to 75,000 - PI/Workers Comp Experience Preferred


Our client, a growing Personal Injury/Litigation Firm located in Bethesda, MD is actively looking for a Paralegal to join their growing practice


Job Duties:

  • Personal Injury/Workmans comp background preferred
  • Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates.
  • Provide overall support to CEO.
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
  • Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.
  • Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.
  • Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Record/store client information.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
