As a Relationship Manager at Wind River Payments (WRP), you will thrive on building strong, long-term client relationships. This role will require individual accountability, but you will also become part of an experienced, dedicated, and supportive team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and proactively manage strong and effective relationships with our customers.
  • Lead retention efforts on assigned accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned portfolio of existing clients through consultatively selling product or service solutions that will enhance and grow their business.
  • Provide ongoing support to assigned clients by responding to inquiries and requests, resolving issues, and leading regular face-to-face program reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to assist in problem-solving and identifying appropriate solutions for clients.
  • Act as an advisor to clients, providing education on industry rules, regulations, and trends; conducting research; and offering guidance on payments program design that will support the growth of their business.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor's degree and 4 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Previous relationship management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, non-verbal) and active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, and superior attention to detail.
