As a Relationship Manager at Wind River Payments (WRP), you will thrive on building strong, long-term client relationships. This role will require individual accountability, but you will also become part of an experienced, dedicated, and supportive team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and proactively manage strong and effective relationships with our customers.
- Lead retention efforts on assigned accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned portfolio of existing clients through consultatively selling product or service solutions that will enhance and grow their business.
- Provide ongoing support to assigned clients by responding to inquiries and requests, resolving issues, and leading regular face-to-face program reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to assist in problem-solving and identifying appropriate solutions for clients.
- Act as an advisor to clients, providing education on industry rules, regulations, and trends; conducting research; and offering guidance on payments program design that will support the growth of their business.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor's degree and 4 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Previous relationship management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, non-verbal) and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and superior attention to detail.
