Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills: Product Launch, Project Plans, Negotiation skills and influencing.

  • Create and support effective communications internally and externally.
  • Build, develop, and complete plans to deploy strategic, cross-enterprise product and service initiatives.
  • Evaluate project impacts to existing RM processes, service models, systems, and tools.
  • Identify and engage working team members, governance committees, subject matter experts, and other business resources.
  • Create engagement strategies for both Managing Directors and clients that may include pilot plans, rollout schedules, and rollout wave calendars.
  • Partner with business units across WI to influence and build customer focused, effective engagement strategies.
  • Consult on training & communications strategy for the RM organization, including plan sponsor, Advisor/Consultant and participant communications, associate communications, and associate training plans.
  • Consult on project business cases and requirements.
  • Perform WI Client Fit Analysis, identify potential variances within the target market segments, plan configuration, and service models.
  • Provide status updates to executive steering committees, project sponsors and other key partners.
  • Bachelor's degree with proven experience in the retirement industry, financial services, defined contribution, and/or benefits administration industry or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of project management and/or management consulting experience a plus.
  • Effective written communications experience.
  • New Product/Service experience within Workplace Investing advantageous to the role.
  • Familiarity with WI Relationship Management and business partners a plus.
