Bilingual Office Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Passion for the firm's mission and commitment to assisting New Americans.
While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, taking over this
position would involve the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service (primarily in Spanish), via phone, email and in person.
- Managing in office staff
- Assembling application packages for paralegal review.
- Assisting paralegals and attorney in day-to-day assignments.
- Managing client files.
- Managing correspondence (email, mail).
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- General clerical duties.

- Detail-oriented attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Camplegal, is a strong plus.
- Have a passion for furthering immigrant’s rights is necessary.
- Commitment & responsiveness towards clients, attorney & paralegal.
- Have strong writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time. Monday- Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
