Are you a hands-on technician with power generation or powerhouse experience? We're looking for a skilled O&M Technician to join the team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operations of a cogeneration powerhouse in Western Tennessee.


What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot key equipment like turbines, generators, chillers, and electrical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep things running smoothly
  • Monitor plant operations and respond to alarms to maintain power production
  • Prioritize safety by following protocols and promoting a safety-first culture
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve plant goals and stay up-to-date on industry best practices


What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in operations & maintenance of cogeneration, powerhouse, or power generation
  • Knowledge of gas turbines, steam generators, chillers, water treatment, and/or other powerhouse/central utility plant equipment
