Superintendent

This Superintendent Position is for a 6 month Retail Shell in Leander, TX. The next assignment will most likely be within an hour's drive of our San Antonio Office.

Supervise and coordinate all field operations of commercial construction, coordinate all appropriate subcontractor and supplier CSI divisions scopes of work per Owner/GC contract scope, generate and regularly update the project schedule per Red Hawk’s requirement preparation and communication of three week look ahead planner, Conduct and coordinate with project manager weekly sub-meetings and attend all Owner meetings. Schedule and procure all material orders. Supervise all field Superintendents, assistants and in-house field personnel, manage all field office operations and responsible for overall Project Coordination. Coordinate material deliveries, transfers, and construction equipment as appropriate. Process all invoices and purchase orders as required for field operations. Schedule all inspections and deliver finished project to client along with necessary close out requirements. Interact with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, city, county and other departmental agencies as required. Coordinate all required inspections.
