What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance and the timely execution of Mechanical projects, to include:

  • Assisting Account Managers with scope development, and fundamental design for turnkey projects
  • Development of Sub-Contractor scope of work documentation.
  • Materials Specification, Ordering, Tracking, and Installation support.
  • Schedule and manage start-up, installation, and commissioning.
  • Responsible for all Project Related and Customer Required Documentation
  • Oversee and manage the change order process of the project.
  • Manage project closeout to completion

What You Need for this Position

A related bachelors degree is preferred and at least 5 year of experience/knowledge of:

  • Experience working for a mechanical contractor, engineering firm or construction manager
  • Construction projects such as HVAC, plumbing and fire protection
  • History working on commercial, healthcare and / or industrial projects as a mechanical contractor is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), MS Project software and other relevant construction software
