SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER | BOSTON, MA.

Seeking a Senior Project Manager for a high-net-worth multi- family office based in Boston, with travel requirements for projects throughout the East Coast. In this role, you will act as the liaison between the principal and the design team, assisting the principal in selecting design contractors, interior designers and consultants for various projects.

Your responsibility will include creating and managing projects plans, budgets and invoices, as well as engaging in contract negotiations with vendors. You will also collaborate with the legal department to ensure best pricing and terms.

This is not a remote position: it is based out of the family office in Boston. You will oversee and lead the construction of private residences, guest homes, custom home projects, barns and horse arenas, act as the owner’s representative to ensure the principal’s best interests are upheld in all real estate and building projects.


Qualified candidates should have over 15 years of experience in a similar role within the high-net-worth private service sector. A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is preferred, along with a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors license. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, have a keen attention to detail, and understand the unique needs of a high-net-worth principal. This position requires a full background check.
