Position Overview: Loftus Ranches is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations and enhancing efficiency. As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, organization, and coordination within the executive office.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and briefed.
  • Plan and organize events (meetings, company events, dinners, etc).
  • Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports on various topics as assigned by the CEO.
  • Manage projects, prioritize tasks, keep projects moving forward.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Manage philanthropic activities & requests.
  • Run errands and assist with personal & household activities, appointments, and events for the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
