Job Objective

Provides direct oversight, management, and strategic direction for the Rotating Equipment Team. The team is composed of office and field-based rotating equipment engineers and support staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of Rotating equipment and associated support systems.
  • Should have at least 5 years experience focused on rotating equipment inclusive of turbines, pumps, compressors, fans, and blowers.
  • Self-starter, team player, comfortable working under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance, root cause investigations, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Active knowledge on standards and codes and their application on rotating equipment such as API, ASTM, ASME codes.
  • Certifications in lubrication, vibration analysis, balancing or other relevant topics desirable
  • Experience with Process Safety and PSM facilities
  • Capability to critically analyze data and make effective strategic and operational decisions based on information provided and drive issues to resolution
  • Experience in contract and project management.

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
