Bilingual Receptionist

We are partnered with a national law firm that has been dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables, this includes overdue bills, parking tickets, and tolls. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele. Across their multiple locations in different states, they offer excellent training, benefits, and room for advancement.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our client’s Richmond office team. This position requires you to work independently and as part of a team. As a Receptionist, you will provide essential support to the office on day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers/clients and performing various clerical tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and work alongside an amazing team of attorneys.

Rewards

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is Required
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Ability to communicate well on a professional level with various people including public employees as well as attorneys and upper management
• Strong overall Microsoft Office and Excel skills
