100% Onsite located in Hopkins, MN

Possibility of Overtime is dependent on the volume of work.

Responsibilities:

Accept, review, verify, and process collateral packages for Mortgage Warehouse customers to secure warehouse lines of credit.

Input Data of collateral on the tracking system.

File new and ship shipped collateral and retrieve collateral for shipping to investors.

Review, research and clear exceptions.

The candidate will interact with other US Bank employees face to face.

Additional Details:

Performance metrics. The volume of work produced meets expectations of a percentage between 13% and 21% for Hopkins.

Performance/Quality Contribution: CBCR ensures work tasks are processed error-free between 97% and 99.5% and limits the number of Repeat and High-Risk findings

Required Skills:

General knowledge of loan processing.

Demonstrated teamwork experience.

Preferred Skills:

2 to 3 years of banking and/or mortgage banking experience.

Proven ability to work in a high-pressure deadline environment.

Typing or data entry skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.

We will provide training on the ProMerit system.
