Job Title: Engineering Manager

Pay Range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year

Locations: Springfield, MA

Job Type: Full-time




The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing design processes, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. An Engineer who has a background in HVAC Design Engineering/Mechanical Construction Design would be best



Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design functions, manage designers, improve design processes, maintain client relationships, review bids and scopes, and collaborate with project management teams.



Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (Master's degree preferred)



Experience Requirement:

  • Seasoned Engineering industry experience working in a mechanical contractor or engineering firm.
  • Estimating and Designing HVAC/Mechanical Construction projects.



Technical Skills Requirement:

  • Display competent knowledge and understanding of codes, industry standards, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain or acquire PE stamps in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Be willing to obtain other state licenses if needed.
