Your role will be pivotal in overseeing projects across highways, transit systems, railways, and intricate civil site designs.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Engineer:

  • Lead and guide teams in delivering large-scale transportation projects, using innovative methods such as Design-Build. Projects will include a diverse range of transportation modes.
  • Foster a workplace culture rooted in respect and teamwork, emphasizing professional growth and a positive team atmosphere.
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, including detailed action plans and financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, placing their needs at the heart of our projects.
  • Proactively identify and secure new project opportunities, contributing to our firm's growth and presence in the market.
