LHH is partnering with a multi-state organization in the healthcare space on an HR Director search. This role will be based onsite and responsible for supporting an employee group and leading a small team of HR professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR consultant for assigned employees, providing strategic leadership and integrated solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of client solutions.
  • Provide direction, influence, and coaching to manage business, talent, and human capital opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively across HR and client groups, fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement talent and leadership development programs.
  • Use data to drive change and improve retention, turnover, and talent management.
  • Address employee relations issues fairly and equitably, guiding and empowering associates.
  • Oversee HR and Talent projects, staying updated on best practices and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

  • BA or Certification in HR, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of senior HRBP experience, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and change management.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategies.
