Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust WordPress websites, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
  • Convert PSD designs to fully functional WordPress themes.
  • Assist with the development of new features and functionalities with a strong focus on user experience and navigation.
  • Optimize website architecture for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring mobile responsiveness and SEO effectiveness.
  • Implement strategic placement of CTAs to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Perform website performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and apply fixes to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to deliver visually appealing and intuitive implementations.
  • Work alongside other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure a cohesive and dynamic development environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Profound knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and widget development.
  • Expertise in:
  • PHP: Deep understanding of PHP for back-end development.
  • HTML5 & CSS3: Ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs.
  • JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, including familiarity with jQuery and AJAX.
  • SQL: Skilled in database management and customization.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert PSD designs to high-quality WordPress themes.
  • Strong experience with page speed optimization techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, landing page design, and effective CTA placement in line with CRO principles.
  • Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
