Position Summary

Join our team as an SQL Developer and report directly to the Director of Network Engineering & Service Management. Engage deeply with SQL database development, crafting sophisticated SQL queries, optimizing systems, and troubleshooting to ensure our corporate applications run smoothly. Exciting Opportunities & Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine SQL queries and stored procedures to elevate application performance.
  • Innovate and enhance database structures, including tables, archives, and indexes, while automating processes to boost efficiency.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring top-tier functionality.
  • Swiftly address and resolve SQL-related IT tickets, demonstrating problem-solving excellence.
  • Manage comprehensive database administration duties—encompassing installations, updates, security, and recovery operations.
  • Craft bespoke SQL-based reports and perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with external application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Update and refine standard operating procedures, documenting critical processes for team reference.
  • Provide essential on-call support, ensuring system integrity and performance around the clock.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred SQL-related certifications, showcasing your specialized expertise.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SQL development or data engineering.
  • Proficient with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Solid background in MS SQL Server administration.
