Summary

 

We are seeking a Sales Representative for a territory based in the Morristown, TN vicinity. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing customers as well as for developing new business opportunities.

 

This is a commission-based role – your compensation is tied to your ability to grow sales. We are looking for a driven, passionate professional with strong sales, account management and problem-solving skills and fluency with industrial products. 

 

Essential Duties

 

·        Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

·        Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth objectives

·        Conduct warm calling to identify new business opportunities and generate leads

·        Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations

·        Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services

·        Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Experience / qualifications

·        Proven sales experience (2+ years) in sales of industrial products

·        Ability to effectively communicate and influence others

·        Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships

·        Problem solving – identifies customer pain points and offers solutions

·        Driven to succeed

·        Ability to thrive in a commission-based role

·        Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

·        Knowledge of CRMs

·        Honesty and integrity
