**About Us**: Motown Power Washers specializes in providing high-quality power washing services for homes, decks, walkways, pavers, patios, and more. We are committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring customer satisfaction through our professional approach and advanced equipment.

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by knocking on doors in designated areas and effectively selling our power washing services. You will engage with homeowners and property managers to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and secure contracts for power washing projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and towns to introduce our services.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of power washing for homes, decks, walkways, pavers, and patios.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess cleaning needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes based on the scope of work.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and coordinate service appointments.

**Requirements**:

- NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.

**Compensation**: Sales Representatives will earn a competitive commission-based salary. You will receive a percentage of each job you successfully schedule and close. The earning potential is uncapped, allowing motivated individuals to achieve significant income based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per day
